Overview of Calisthenics Club
This club is designated to promoting physical fitness through the use of one's own body. Equipment is replaced with push-ups, crunches, squats, and other assorted body weight exercises. There will be a program of three levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced), and one will be able to continually advance until mastering the exercises focusing on chest, triceps, shoulders, abdomen, and legs.
NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. ALL BODY TYPES, GENDERS, AND ETHNICITIES ARE WELCOME.
